We are not responsible for delays caused through FedEx or customs and we are also not responsible for any customs or VAT/Tax you may possibly have to pay in your country. Each watch is packed carefully in a plastic box. If the watch was damaged or broken during delivery please inform us immediately and keep all original packing.
